Updated User Experience -

The hope with this update is to solve some of the issues people have been having with the game.

* Better tutorial on controller and inputs

* Added display over bag of holding to indicate where to place scrolls

* Changed the way you inventory is displayed. Now instead of having to look at your hand you press the a button and the inventory display will toggle on and off.  You can then change the spell slot by clicking Left Trigger.

* Added an effect that is displayed when getting hit by skeletons, to better indicate that the play has taken damage
